The water tower is centrally located between the ICE railway station and the old town in the former railway station district - the Aubachviertel. There are two dedicated parking spaces with a wallbox in front of the staircase. There are many shopping facilities (Outlet Montabaur, DM, REWE, Netto and many more), restaurants, the old town and many other possibilities in the nearby surroundings. For active people, there are also some beautiful cycling and hiking routes, e.g. through the idyllic Gelbach valley.
